"Overall, Lux Renovations did an excellent job on our basement installation. The install crew was polite, prompt, friendly, and detail oriented. We love how the basement turned out. The install crew was very receptive to feedback when we reviewed progress and saw something we wanted changed or fixed. One small point for improvement for Lux would just be a bit more communication during the whole process. There were times when communication was good and other times where I hadn't heard from them for longer than I expected (where I thought they would get back to me in a day or two, or whatever the timeline was, and it didn't happen), and had to chase them down a bit to get an answer. Not a big deal, ultimately we were very happy with how the basement came out and I would use them again."

"They met our expectations for everything. The way they organized to do the work was great. The materials used in construction. How quickly they did it. There were no errors. They didn't mis-measure or not have materials that needed to be used. Everything was there. We weren't waiting for anything. It was done in 2.5 weeks, which was amazing. I think it is because of the system they used. I have been involved in other constructions in the house and sometimes you are waiting for parts. The timeline stretches for months. This one did not, though. They had everything they needed to do the job when they needed it. They were very organized."

It was not clear, as to what they were doing, and things were done I did now know about. He also never gave me my original plot plan. They covered up my heating system in my basement. I was not happy with how they did my basement."
